Parent Conference : Parenting in the Digital Age

Starting at $499

Objective

Help parents and caregivers better understand children’s screen habits and feel more confident supporting healthier routines at home. This conference introduces key concepts around screen use, explains common challenges, and offers practical strategies to help families create more balanced digital habits.

The session is evidence-informed, age-appropriate, and designed to be useful in real life. The goal is not to blame parents or remove screens from family life. The goal is to give families clearer tools, and realistic routines that support attention, sleep, learning, well-being, and healthy development.
