Family Digital Habits Coaching
Objective
Help families reduce screen-time conflict and create calmer, healthier digital routines at home. We map current habits, look at the home environment, and help parents and caregivers align on shared goals, clear rules, age-appropriate limits, and simple routines.
The goal is not to create a screen-free home. The goal is to make screen use easier to manage, less stressful, and better balanced with learning, sleep, family time, and everyday life. Our approach is practical, evidence-informed, and focused on fewer arguments, healthier habits, and a plan your family can actually use.
