Workshop with Students : Transform your Digital Habits
Objective
Help students better understand their screen habits and build practical strategies to manage their personal screen usage, attention, sleep, learning, and digital communication. These interactive workshops give students age-appropriate tools to notice their habits, reduce distractions, and make more intentional choices with screens.
The goal is not to tell students that screens are “bad.” The goal is to help them understand how digital habits work, recognize what helps or hurts their health, focus and well-being, and leave with simple strategies they can actually use at school and at home.
